About
the contest
Proud
pet owners, simply snap a photo of your cute pet and upload it to the
contest website, then spread the word to your family and friends to
vote! The contest is free to enter, with votes costing $1 each. All
vote proceeds benefit the Tampa Bay Times Newspaper in Education program.
The
pet with the most votes at the end of the contest is the Grand Prize
winner. The top five vote-getters will be published in the Tampa Bay Times and
receive “pawsome” prize packs of pet and animal-themed goodies!

the Popovich Comedy Pet Theater
The
Popovich Comedy Pet Theater is a family-oriented blend of the unique
comedy and juggling skills of Gregory Popovich and the extraordinary
talents of his performing pets. Each of the show's 15 cats and 10 dogs
were once strays, rescued from animal shelters. Now, they love to show
off onstage! The Popovich Comedy Pet Theater will be performing at the

pet per photo, please. Households with more than one pet may submit
multiple entries.
- Pet owners entering photos may not vote.
- Pets
from Citrus, Hernando, Hillsborough, Manatee, Pasco or Pinellas
counties are eligible to enter.
- Please
allow up to 24 hours for photos and comments to be approved and posted.
